Rising to Warrant Officer (420A — Property Accounting Technician), they managed Army property accountability programs, supply chain operations, and logistics readiness for battalion-level units. This deep logistics and accountability expertise continues to inform their consulting approach.
In civilian federal service, they served as a Supervisory Auditor leading internal audits and compliance assessments, a Supervisory Budget Analyst overseeing OMB submissions and Congressional budget justifications, a Budget Officer managing multi-million dollar federal budgets, and a Federal Contracting Specialist with deep expertise in FAR/DFARS, acquisition planning, source selection, and contract administration.
